In 1977 the company was started as Construction Associates by Daniel J Lynch Sr., the name was changed to Daniel J Lynch, Inc. in 1980 when the business was incorporated. Daniel J Lynch Inc. did very well under the leadership of Daniel Lynch Sr. Specializing in constructing buildings and carpentry the business expanded rapidly until his unexpected passing in 2001. At this time Daniel’s daughter Kelly, who had been working with her father, took over and continued on with the plans he had set in motion. Since 2001 Kelly has followed in her father’s footsteps and continued to grow the business and increase the portfolio of completed construction projects ranging from schools and Universities-public and private, Town Halls and Airports, and many other commercial and industrial buildings in upstate New York.
